Abstract
Objective To establish the reference intervals of vein blood routine parameters among pregnant women by using the detection data preserved in laboratory database.Methods The blood routine data of 8 937 pregnancy women in obstetric outpatient clinic of our hospital were collected from January 2015 to December 2015.Finally 8 125 cases were included.Then the reference intervals were established by statistic processing.The reference data of 22 items of blood routine in 1 162 healthy pregnancy women were verified.Results Platelet count (PLT), percentage of monocytes (M%), absolute eosinophil (E), percentage of basophils (B%) and absolute eosinophil (B) adopted commonly used female reference intervals.The reference intervals of red cell count (RBC), hematocrit (HCT), red cell distribution width (RDW), mean corpuscular volume (MCV), absolute monocyte (M) and thrombocytocrit (PCT) in two groups were consolidated.The other parameters were established according to the grouping calculation.All reference intervals passed validation.Conclusion The vein blood routine parameters reference intervals of pregnant women are significantly different from those of ordinary population, which established by indirect method is suitable for laboratory use in Taixing region.关键词
