摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the value of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography in detection of left atrial in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Methods A total of 57 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation admitted in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2016 were selected as the observation group and 56 healthy people were selected as the control group.Echocardiography and real-time three-dimensional echocardiography were performed in both groups.After testing,the left atrial function and volume,parameters of conventional electrocardiogram,left atrial two-dimensional and spectral Doppler parameters were compared between the two groups.Results LAVmax,LAVmin and LAVpreA in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).ARV/LAVmax and AEV/LAVpreA were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in blood pressure,body surface area,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and wall thickness between the two groups (P>0.05).In addition,the VE,Ve,E/Ve and LA diameter of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Real-time three-dimensional echocardiography can accurately assess the left atrial function and volume changes in the patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,has important significance for their treatment and prognosis,and can improve the treatment effect and prognosis.关键词
