Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Xuebijing injection on stroke patients with serious aspiration pneumonia.Methods 64 cases of stroke patients with severe pneumonia were collected from January 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital, and randomly divided into observation group of 32 patients and control group of 32 patients.There were all given oxygen, anti-infection, indwelling gastric tube and symptomatic treatment, observation group was adding enteral 50 mL Xuebijing injection in normal saline 100 mL, daily intravenous infusion of 2 times, a total of 14 days.The blood oxygen saturation(SaO2), partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2), procalcitonin(PCT), C-reactive protein(CRP) and clinical effect were detected in two groups after treatment.Results The total effective rate of observation group (87.50%) was significantly higher than that of control group(62.50%) (P<0.05).compared with control group, SaO2 and PaO2 significantly increased in observation group, but PCT and CRP decreased significantly in observation group (all P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine antibiotic application, Xuebijing injection could improve the clinical efficacy of stroke patients with serious aspiration pneumonia.关键词
