Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of enhanced recovery after surgeryon perioperative patients with gynecological tumors.Methods From January 2015 to December 2016, 62 cases of gynecologic tumor patients in our hospital were divided into two groups: the control group and the observation group, 31 cases per group.The patients in observation group were given respiratory function training and psychological counseling before operation.During the operation, epidural anesthesia was used to assist general anesthesia.Epidural analgesia, early gastrointestinal exercise and intravenous nutrition were given in post-operation.The patients in the control group were given perioperative routine treatment.The time of postoperative gastrointestinal ventilation and eating, the length of hospital stay and the incidence of postoperative complications were observed in the two groups.Results The time of gastrointestinal ventilation and eating in observation group were earlier than those of control group (all P<0.05);The days of hospitalization in observation group were less than those of control group (P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in observation group were lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Application of enhanced recovery surgery could accelerate the recovery of patients with gynecologic tumor during perioperative period and reduce the postoperative complications.关键词
