Abstract
The zone partition control principle for sizing tension and elongation was reviewed.The meaning and requirement of adjustment for sizing tension and elongation were explained.The formula between tension and elongation was deduced.The conversion relation was built by calculating the elasticity modulus provided with tensile curve.The partition elongation was calculated by partition tension in sizing machine.It is pointed out that the adjusting principle for sizing was adapting reasonable tension and restraining elongation in case that processing requirement is satisfied.The sizing elongation should be controlled properly by adopting the processing route of medium backing-off,negative yarn feeding,lower humidity yarn,higher dry yarn and tighter winding.It is considered that adopting proper control principle is beneficial to the tension and elongation control of sizing.关键词
