摘要

Abstract

In order to identify eiderdown,chicken velet and pigeon velet accurately,their one-dimensional infrared spectroscopy,second derivative infrared spectroscopy and two-dimensional synchronous infrared spectroscopy were studied.The study showed that eiderdown,chicken velet and pigeon velet all have-CH3 asymmetric and symmetric alex tension vibration mode,-CH2 asymmetric and symmetric alex tension vibration mode,amide Ⅰ with C =O extension vibration mode,combination absorption mode of amide Ⅱ with C-Nextension vibration with N-H flexural vibration,combination absorption mode of amideⅢ with C-N extension vibration with N-H flexural vibration,C-O stretching vibration mode,S-O flexural vibration mode and so on.It is considered that the eiderdown,chicken velet and pigeon velet can not be distinguished effectively by adopting traditional one-dimensional and second derivative infrared spectroscopy method within the frequency range of 3 000 cm-11 000 cm-1.However,eiderdown,chicken velet and pigeon velet can be distinguished by two-dimensional synchronous infrared spectroscopy in the frequency range of 1 100 cm-1 ~1 000 cm-1.
