聚氨酯涂层棉织物性能研究
Property Study of Polyurethane Coated Cotton Fabric
摘要
Abstract
Property changes for cotton fabric coated with polyurethane of different mass fraction were studied.Using the theory of surface coating and aqueous phase separation,cotton fabrics coated with polyurethane of different mass fractions were prepared.Scanning electron microscope was used to evaluate the structure morphology of several fabrics.Impact of the hydrophobicity,air permeability and wear resistance of cotton fabric coated with polyurethane were assessed with water contact Angle meter,air permeability test and friction test.The test results show that the film-forming property of polyurethane on the surface of fabric is strengthened when the mass fraction of polyurethane is increased from 8％ to 16％.The contact angle between the fabric with water can be up to 109°.The air permeability of fabric is reduced while the wear resistance of it is obviously improved.It is believed that polyurethane coating can improve the properties of cotton fabric.关键词
