Abstract
The energy saving transformation measures by using constant pressure & variable flow air supply with compressed air for air-jet loom were discussed.Aimed at the properties of air-jet looms like larger usage of compressed air flow,using lower air pressure,wider range of variation and smaller pressure floating,the air supply transformation scheme of constant pressure & variable flow air supply was adopted for compressed air supply system.By analyzing the engineering practical operational data,the conclusion was obtained that the total energy consumption for air compressor system can be saved by 11.2 % after adapting constant pressure & variable flow air supply transformation.Moreover,based on the practice of transformation design and running of frequency conversion,the principle for design selection of frequency conversion air compressor and control element is provided.h is believed that the energy consumption of air compressor system can be substantially saved by adopting constant pressure & variable flow air supply transformation.关键词
