精梳牦牛绒棉混纺针织纱工艺研究
Technology Research of Combed Yak Cashmere and Cotton Blended Knitting Yarn
摘要
Abstract
Spinning technology of combed yak cashmere and cotton blended knitting yarn was discussed.Structure and properties of unbleached and bleached yak cashmere were introduced.Combining wool spinning equipment with cotton spinning equipment,yak cashmere was made into combed yak cashmere sliver and blended with cotton sliver.By optimizing the key process parameters of each process,combed yak cashmere cotton 18.22 tex siro condensed knitting yarn was spun successfully.The blending ratios of combed yak cashmere and cotton were 70/30,50/50 and 30/70.The effect of blending ratio on yarn property was analyzed.According to yarn slice,the yarn structure was observed.It is pointed that yak cashmere is distributed in the periphery of the yarn.Cotton is wrapped by yak cashmere.It is considered that each performance index of blended yarn is improved with the decreasing of yak cashmere content.关键词
