Abstract
Production technology measures of m-aramid fiber/melamine fiber/organic conductive fiber 50/48/2 18.5 tex ply were discussed.Raw material was pretreated to improve fiber blending uniformity and spinnability.In the premise of certain cotton lap moisture content,card clothing and carding technology parameters were optimized.Drawing channel smoothness should be ensured and gripping force of roving should be adjusted.With optimizing spun yarn twist,matching ring and ring traveler,reasonably selecting heat-setting technology,maramid fiber/melamine fiber/organic conductive fiber 50/48/2 18.5 tex ply were successfully spun.It is considered that melamine fiber blended yarn is able to meet the needs of flame retardant protective clothing yarn.关键词
