摘要
Abstract
Sizing effect of slub part and base part of the slub yarn were discussed.Sized yarn cross-section morphological characteristics of slub part and base part of the slub yarn were observed.Several performance indexes of slub part and base part were tested such as sizing percentage,penetration rate,covering percentage,completeness of sized film,strength & elongation and hairiness index,etc..The performance changing of slub yarn and each part before and after sizing was compared.The results show that the breaking strength of slub part of grey yarn is less than base part.The slub part has larger strength irregularity and more hairiness.Comparing with base part,slub part has better penetration effect,lower sizing percentage,higher enhancement rate,less reducing elongation rate,worse covering percentage,completeness of sized film and reducing hairiness rate after sizing.It is considered that studying sizing property of slub yarn is helpful to setting the technology parameters of slub yarn products.关键词
