高吸水性树脂对煤的阻燃性能实验研究
Experimental Research on Super Absorbent Polymer in Fire-proof Performance of Coal
摘要
Abstract
In order to investigate the fire-proof performance of super absorbent polymer (SAP) in coal spontaneous combustion,a series of experiments were firstly made to test the fire-fighting characteristics of super absorbent polymer.With the help of the coal oxidation spontaneous combustion simulation experimental system,this paper compared and analyzed variation regularities of temperature and oxidation products of coal samples,water-coal mixed samples,SAP-coal mixed samples during oxidation heating process.And experiments prove that super absorbent polymer can prolong the time of coal oxidation beating and decrease the heating rate.Moreover,this material can raise generation temperature of oxidation products and reduce their production and prevent coal spontaneous combustion.Therefore,super absorbent polymer can be used as a new fire prevention material to research and develop.关键词
