Abstract
To further explore the influence factors of enterprise safety culture,combining the current research situation,we propse six main factors affecting the enterprise safety culture,using structural equation model (SEM) to study the main factors affecting the enterprise safety culture and to study the causal relationships among these factors.We use AMOS17.0 to construct the enterprise safety culture second-order confirmatory factor analysis model and the causal path analysis model of the influence factors.Through the questionnaire survey of 274 employees in two state-owned enterprise,we confirm that the six main influencing factors have significant positive influence on the enterprise safety culture;it is concluded that the importance of influence factors of enterprise safety culture and the relationship between influencing factors.关键词
