摘要

Abstract

This paper introduced the general circumstances of 40 t/h vertical pulverized coal industry boiler in Shendong Bulianta coal mine,combining with the comparison between thermogravimetric analysis of laboratory data and industrialized operational data (for 3 types of pulverized coal samples from Bulianta, Zhongji and Guojiawan), it was indicated that the ignition process character of Guojiawan coal is good,but the coal quality adaptability of Zhongji coal and Bulianta coal is slightly worse.Through the optimization of process parameters of pulverized coal industrial boiler and adjusting the operation parameters,the swirl strength could be enhanced and the combustion efficiency could be improved,so that the coal quality adaptability of pulverized coal industrial boiler could be extended.
