摘要
Abstract
This paper introduced the environmental protection requirements in feasibility study stage,primary designing stage and construction drawing design stage of engineering design in coal preparation plant,and from aspects such as clean production,atmospheric environment,water environment,sound environment,solid waste disposal,ecological condition and resource carrying capacity,the environmental influencing factors of coal preparation plant were analyzed,the requirements of relevant laws,regulations and standards which should be complied with when we do the coal preparation engineering design were discussed.It was indicated that during the design and location selection of the plant,the status of the natural environment,the existing problems,environmental protection requirements,sensitive targets distribution and the regional development planning of proposed area should be understood adequately,and the environmental protection measures should be adopted to reduce the effect of plant on surrounding environment,and to develop the environmental benefit of coal preparation.关键词
