摘要

Abstract

Intensification of gas-liquid interfacial mass transfer is an important target for the design of high efficiency and energy saving reactors.Bubble size is one of the important hydrodynamic parameters that influence the interfacial mass transfer and the final reaction rate.In terms of the established system,the structural parameters and operating parameters of the reactor will have different effects on the bubble size,thus affecting the mass transfer effect.This study employs the method of dissolved oxygen for the determination of the volumetric mass transfer coefficient kLa,a kind of image processing method for the determination of the interfacial area a and thus the liquid side mass transfer coefficient kL is calculated.The mass transfer characteristics of the specific intensified gas-liquid jet stirred reactor are studied in this paper.And the effects of structure parameters and operating parameters on the mass transfer characteristics are further discussed,so as to better understand the mass transfer mechanism of the reactor and provide the design basis for the optimization of the reactor.
