摘要
Abstract
There have been numerous treatises and discussions on Lament of Lady Zhao Jun (昭君怨) in both ancient and modern times.This melody and its lyrics are connected to a story about Wang Zhaojun, later known as one of China's "four beauties".However, with regard to the metric pattern and composing style, scholars have yet to come up with a general agreement.It is argued herein that this melody contains forty characters with double lyrical tones.Besides, it is also found that this piece has altogether fifteen styles based on an analysis of its lyrical, tonal, lexical, and reiterative patterns.关键词
