全地面起重机伸缩臂含几何结构缺陷的非线性屈曲分析

Abstract
Non-linear buckling analysis on the single cylinder pin type telescopic boom with geometrical imperfections is conducted in the paper based on Ansys Workbench.And comparison between the analysis results and results of linear buckling analysis finds out that the former is lower than the latter.When the imperfection factor is 0.000 1,the bearing capacity of the telescopic boom drops by 5.3%,and the bearing capacity continues to decline as the imperfection factor increases.Since imperfections are inevitable during the processing,manufacturing and transportation of telescopic booms,non-linear buckling analysis with geometrical imperfections is essential.关键词
