摘要

Abstract

With respect to the deployment process of the screen rotation mechanism of game cars,dynamics simulation of the movement of the screen rotation mechanism is carried out on the basis of ADAMS,obtaining the stress state of driving element in deployment process.Dangerous working conditions in the rotation process are analyzed in accordance with the stress state,and stiffness and strength of screen frame and its connecting structure in dangerous working conditions are calculated using the finite element software ABAQUS.Calculation results indicate that stiffness and strength of screen frame and its connecting structure meet the requirements,and the structure is sound and safe when the wind speed outside is 15 m/s.The analysis provides technical support for safe use of game cars.
