基于层次分析法的蓄滞洪区多目标利用研究——以浙江省嵊州市湛头滞洪区为例
Research on multi-objective utilization in flood detention basin based on Analytic Hierarchy Process: case of Zhantou flood detention basin in Shengzhou of Zhejiang Province

Abstract
Flood detention basin is the most important part of flood control system which has the functions of flood storage,water purification and environment improvement.But for a long time,the construction and management in flood detention basin lagged behind,which seriously affected its role playing and made the flood detention basin become the weak links in economic development,regional flood control and urban environment improvement.Taking Zhantou flood detention basin in Shengzhou of Zhejiang Province as an example,we establishes an assessment index system by Analytic Hierarchy Process based on the analysis of practical demand and gives a quantitative assessment to the proposed rehabilitation schemes of the flood detention basin.With comprehensive scores,the optimal scheme is determined.The scheme implementation will realize multi-objective utilization and sustainable development of the flood detention basin.关键词
