中韩水文测验及管理体制对比分析
Comparative analysis of hydrometry and management systems in China and South Korea
摘要
Abstract
In order to study hydrometry and management systems in South Korea,we use the method of historical and comparative research to the analysis of the hydrological station network,hydrometry management,hydrometry technology,hydrological data and information service of China and South Korea.Through the research,it is found that the development history of hydrometry in China and South Korea are very similar,and the driving force of evolution are also close to each other.However,due to the respective characteristics of natural and national conditions,the management systems,hydrometry techniques and information services are different,and eventually their present technology,methods and management system have formed.Some hydrological practices and experiences in South Korea can provide useful references for hydrological monitoring technology progress and hydrometry management system reform in China.关键词
