富血小板血浆在胫骨非感染性骨不连的应用研究
A Method of Treatment for Nonunion after Tibia Fractures by PercutaneousPlatelet-rich Plasma Clots Injection
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the effect of treatment for nonunion after tibia fractures by percutaneous platelet-rich plasma clots injection.Methods: 22 patients with nounion of tibial fracture from September 2010 to September 2015 were treated with operation(bone-side cleanup +intramedullary nail,plate and external fixation combined with autologous bone graft)or staphylococcus aureus injection on fracture site.Results: All 22 patients were followed-up for 12-24 months,and The mean time taken for union after platelet-rich plasma clots injection treatment was 5.5±2.3 months.Out of total 22 cases of our follow up 9(81.8%) cases achieved union.2 cases required some secondary procedures to attain bony union.In terms of functionality and clinical outcome, 7 cases were evaluated as Excellent to Good, 4 cases as Fair to Poor.Conclusion: We concluded from our study that treatment by platelet-rich plasma clots injection may be a effective method for patients with tibial noninfectious nonunion.关键词
