摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the PFNA treatment of femoral trochanter fracture clinical effects and complications.Methods: From September 2013 to September 2016 in our hospital for treatment of 42 patients with intertrochanteric fractures as the research object, all the patients were randomly divided into control group and the observer, the 21 cases in each group, control group patients treated with proximal femoral anatomic locking plate fixed, observer PFNA treatment patients, to observe the curative effect of two groups.Results: Surgery, postoperative observation group, weight, length of hospital stay were significantly shorter than the control group, the hip function improved fine rate was 90.48%, significantly higher than that of control group 60.90%, the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that of control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion: The application of PFNA operation method to treat intertrochanteric fractures, more exact curative effect, higher safety.关键词
