摘要
Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the clinical outcome of skin-grafting and VSD in repairing of wounds with small area tendon exposed.Methods: 17 patients with wounds with small area tendon exposed received skin-grafting and VSD.After 10 days, the VSD device was removed.All patients were followed up for 3 months after wounds repairing.Results: 17 patients were removed VSD devices after 10 days, skin flaps in 16 cases were ruddy, and seeps out not obviously, it turned out that the skin flap developed well;the color of skin flap in 1 case was purple and blackened, then flap grafting was applied for repairing.2 days after the stiches were taken, the epidermis have been shed in one case, and the color of the skin flap turned purple and blackened.15 cases were followed up for 3 months, all skin flaps survived.Conclusion: After Skin-grafting for repairing wound with small area tendon exposed, the survival of flap may be improved by using VSD.关键词
