摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the best therapy program of rehabilition in high-risk infants with cerebral injury.Method: The study included a sample of 200 children with cerebral injury who had been treated in the department of rehabilitation of LinYi women and children's hospital from 2013 to 2015.All patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.The 2 groups were both received the same routine training programs.Under the same routine programs, the experimental group accepted the early intervention before 4 months.They were evaluated with the accessment Scale of Gesell at the age of 6 months, 9 months, 12 months and 18 months.Result: The scores of 5 domins in both groups increased markedly especially in experimental group(P＜0.01).The hospital stays and rates of neurological sequel in experimental group were much lower than control group.There was significant difference between two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion: The early intervention have obvious effects on the high-risk infants in cerebral injury.It can promote intellectual development, cut down time of therapy and reduce the rate of nerological sequel.关键词
