Abstract
Objective To develop an ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC) method for the determination of vitamin B1,vitamin B2,nicotinamide and vitamin B6 in Compound Vitamin B Tablets.Methods Waters Acquity UPLC BEH C18 was used.The mobile phase consisted of 0.005 mol·L-1sodium heptanesulfonate (containing 0.15% triethylamine and adjusted to pH 4.3 with glacial acetic acid)-methanol (80∶20,V/V),the flow rate was 0.2 mL·min-1.The UV detection wavelength was 280 nm.Results The linear ranges of vitamin B1,vitamin B2,nicotinamide and vitamin B6 were 0.006~0.24,0.003~0.12,0.02~0.8,0.003~0.12 μg,respectively.The detection limits(S/N=3) were 0.32,0.14,1.25 and 0.18 ng.The average recoveries were 97.9%,100.1%,98.7%,98.1%,respectively,and the RSDs were less than 2.0%.Conclusion The method was simple,accurate,reproducible,it can be used for the quality control of Compound Vitamin B Tablets.关键词
