Abstract
Objective To evaluate the quality of processed Magnolia officinalis from Shandong Province.Methods HPLC method was used for the determination of magnolol and honokiol.Inspecting items of microscopic identification,TLC,water,total ash,acid-insoluble ash,and sulfur dioxide residues were developed.Results There was a obvious difference between the content of magnolol and honokiol in thirty-five batches of samples,with the total content between 1.0%~6.4%,which showed significant quality difference of Magnolia officinalis in the market circulation.Conclusion This study provided the experimental basis for the quality evaluation of processed Magnolia officinalis from Shandong Province.关键词
