低氧诱导因子抑制剂的研究进展
Advances in the research and development of HIF-1 inhibitors
摘要
Abstract
Hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF) is an essential transcription factor,which mediates a hypoxic response at decreased oxygen tensions.HIF plays vital roles in tumor development and progression and meditates tumor resistance to chemotherapy and radiotherapy and is associated with poor prognosis in cancer patients.Therefore,research and development of HIF inhibitors has the potential to improve treatment efficacy.In this article,three ways of targeting HIF-1 were summarized so as to lay the foundation for the therapeutic use of HIF inhibitors.关键词
