摘要
Abstract
Pyruvate kinase M2(PKM2) may play an important role in regulating the glucolysis,proliferation and signal transduction of tumor cells.The constantly deepened researches in this field will endow the development of the new targets of anticancer drugs with bright prospect for the therapy of clinical.By the method of literature summary,the present paper,discusses the mechanism that the small molecule compounds modulate the expression regulation,inhibition and excitation of PKM2 and puts forward to be an important research direction in the anti-tumor drug screening.关键词
