摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the significance of clinical pharmacists participate in analysis of one case of tramadol-warfarin interaction.Methods Clinical pharmacists participated in one case of tramadol-warfarin interaction,and provided suggestions and pharmaceutical cares on the basis of the signs,laboratory examination and disease condition.Results The condition of patients gradually improved.Conclusion The participating of clinical pharmacists in clinical therapy can provide suggestions of pharmaceutical using and pharmaceutical care,promote rationality and safety of medication.关键词
