The enlightenment of quality control and quality assurance of drug purchasing in Hong Kong
摘要
Abstract
Objective To provide experiences for drug purchasing in mainland by studying the quality control and quality assurance of drug purchasing in Hong Kong.Methods The general situation of drug purchasing in Hong Kong was summarized,and drug purchasing in Hong Kong was analyzed from quality control and quality assurance.Results and Conclusion The Hong Kong drug expenditure accounted for 9%~10% of appropriate funds,that depends on purchasing management for cost in Hong Kong.In drug purchasing,quality control and quality assurance ensure the curative effect of all kinds of drugs.Recommendations to improve the specialized skill of purchasing department,build a platform for information,strengthen the pre-test and on-site inspection,the use of blacklist system,the use of product liability insurance.关键词
