高尿酸血症患者血清脂联素、单核细胞趋化蛋白1水平变化及意义
Changes in levels of serum adiponectin and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 in patients with hyperuricemia

Abstract
Objective To observe the changes in levels of serum adiponectin (APN) and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) in patients with hyperuricemia, and to explore its clinical significance.Methods Sixty patients with hyperuricemia were selected and randomly divided into two subgroups (hyperuricemia group 1 and hyperuricemia group 2). All the patients were given basic treatment, and the patients in the group 1 were treated with compound Tufuling granules, and these two groups were treated for 3 months; meanwhile, 36 healthy persons were selected as the healthy group. Clinical data of each group were collected, and the serum levels of APN and MCP-1 were compared between the hyperuricemia groups and the healthy group. Using multivariate linear regression analysis to analyze the influence factors of hyperuricemia. Pearson correlation was used to analyze the relationship of serum APN, MCP-1 with other indicators of hyperuricemia. The changes of serum APN, MCP-1, and metabolic indicators before and after treatment in the group 1 and group 2 were compared. Results The difference of APN and MCP-1 between hyperuricemia groups and healthy group was statistically significant (both P<0.05). The age, WHtR, TG, APN, and MCP-1 were the influence factors for hyperuricemia (β=0.608, 0.203, 0.269, -0.478, 0.594, all P<0.05). Serum APN was negatively correlated with SUA, BMI, WHtR, TG, and TNF-α (r=-0.427, -0.271, -0.197, -0.252, -0.345, all P<0.05), and was positively correlated with HDL-C (r=0.238, P<0.05). Serum MCP-1 was positively correlated with UA, WHtR, TG, IL-6, and TNF-α (r=0.538, 0.421, 0.371, 0.329, 0.433; P<0.05). Significant difference was found in the SUA, MCP-1, and APN before and after treatment in the two hyperuricemia groups, and the changes in the group 1 were more significant (all P<0.05). Conclusions The serum APN level decreases and the MCP-1 level increase in patients with hyperuricemia, and both may participate in the occurrence and development of hyperuricemia. Thus, APN and MCP-1, could be used to evaluate the curative effect of compound Tufuling granules on hyperuricemia.关键词
