Abstract
Sponge city construction is currently rising in all over China.Sponge city planning and construction management system is exploring the way forward in practice.Sponge city planning is the first practice for urban planning which changes from serving urban development to city quality improvement.In the process of practice,each kind of problems occur.Taking the problems and difficulties occurred in practice of sponge city planning of Shanghai,especially in the aspect of regulatory detailed planning,this paper analyzes the problems,digging the major contradictions and internal factors,and then puts forward suggestions.关键词
