摘要
Abstract
In the new Comprehensive Planning of Shanghai (2016-2040),the plan raises the quotas of population and economy.This research analyses the past years' development and the current situation of Shanghai,and the experience of global cities such as London.Based on it,firstly,it calculates the population in 2040 on the assumption that the GDP goal will be achieved.Then secondly,it calculates the GDP in 2040 on the assumption that population will be as planned.The research studies the matching of the results,and then gives the conclusion:population control is necessary since the resource is limited;while what we can't ignore is we need enough human resource as well in order to keep developing.To realize these two goals the main solution is multi objective coordination.关键词
