Abstract
As one of the best new suburban developed cities in Shanghai,Songjiang New Town has accumulated rich experiences in the process of rapid construction,such as emphasis on scientific planning to lead,relying on major projects to promote the development of the city,promoting with advanced public facilities,adhering to the historical and cultural heritage,from which the new town developments have received remarkable achievements.However,since the ‘twelfth five-year plan’,with the tightening of resources and environment constraints,the decline in economic growth,and the development of policy and guidance changes,Songjiang New Town is facing the new bottlenecks and challenges for further developments which require a changing of minds for identifying development aspirations,filling in all kinds of short boards,and to explore the actual transformation in line with Songjiang.关键词
