摘要
Abstract
The research concerns the issues of urban renewal in the built-up residential area under the context of Content Growth.It mainly focuses on the large quantity of old residential areas,including Lilong housing and public housing built during the beginning of 20th century to 1990s,in central Shanghai.Taking the increasing of parking space as a breakthrough,the research puts forward a proposal that parking issues should be moderated rather than resolved.However,the seemingly rational strategies are hard to practice while facing the reality of old residential areas.After analyzing the main difficulties,the research proposes comparable solutions for moderating the parking conflicts.According to the survey,these are common difficulties in urban renewal of old residential area.The research finally draws the conclusion that micro event contains macro issue,only by grasping the nettle can these old residential areas be improved.关键词
