标准必要专利申请行为新动向及其对我国的启示
New Trends of the Standard Essential Patent Application Behavior and Its Enlightenment to China
摘要
Abstract
Standard essential patents are those required in the implementation of a given standard, which have great influence on the standards development and implementation, market competition and industry structure. This paper introduces the concept and development process of standard essential patents, analyzes the new trend of 'just-in-time patent'application behavior in standard developing process, summarizes the phenomenon, causes and results of such strategy and behavior, and provides countermeasures and suggestions on standard developing organizations, national and regional policies and enterprise standardization strategies.关键词
