摘要
Abstract
To better implement the new requirements on building Shanghai into global influential science and technology innovation center, further integrate related ideas and methods and improve the efficiency of standardization, this paper summarizes the practical operation basis of science and technology standardization integrated with standardization work principles, constructs the framework of the standards system on science and technology management and service, and provides operational, repeatable and generalizable technical support for the standardization of science and technology management.关键词
