三聚氰胺改性树脂涂饰薄木饰面板工艺研究
Technical Study on Veneer Decorative Panels Paintedusing Melamine Modified Resin
摘要
Abstract
Veneer decorative board was used as the basic material and painted using the melamine modified resin.A certain thickness of resin film was formed on the surface of veneer decorative board after hot pressing.Effects of hot pressing temperature,hot pressing time,glue spreading content and pre-curing time on the surface roughness,adhesion and resistance of surface coatings were investigated by using orthogonal test method.The best curing process parameters were determined and the surface quality of the veneer decorative board was improved.The results showed that the film adhesion level was above level two and abrasion resistance were up to the superior and class one.The results of range analysis demonstrated that the order of various factors from the most to the least was hot pressing temperature,hot pressing time,glue spread content and pre-curing time.The optimal process parameters were glue spread content of 450 g·m-2,pre-curing time of 15min,hot pressing temperature of 160℃ and the hot pressing time of 120 s,respectively.关键词
