中医特色护理干预在老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞症介入术病人护理中的应用

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in nursing of elderly patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans of interventional treatment.Methods:A total of 80 elderly patients with ASO were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group from January 2015 to January 2016,with 40 cases in each group.Results:The total score of symptoms in observation group after nursing was (11.76±1.78),and that in control group was(15.46±2.27).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=-8.11,P<0.01).The differences of ankle brachial index,blood vessel diameter,blood flow velocity,nursing quality,nursing skills and total score between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Elderly ASO patients receiving traditional Chinese medicine nursing could relieve numbness,pain and other symptoms,improve vascular function and improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
