肠造口专科护理质量评价指标体系的初步构建
Preliminary construction of evaluation index system of enterostomy specialist care
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To construct the evaluation index of quality of enterostomy specialist care with specialist specificity and practicability.Methods:Based on the "structure-process-result" model and the relevant guidance,literature review and expert interview,the author constructs the evaluation index of quality of the stomatostomy specialist care was constructed,and uses the expert consultation method of Delphi to invite 16 stomatological care experts,On the various levels of evaluation indicators for two rounds of correspondence.Results:The effective degree of the questionnaire was 80% and 100% respectively.The degree of expert authority was 0.83 and 0.86 respectively.The coordination degree of the three-level indexes was 0.588,0.426 and 0.286 respectively,and P<0.05.Three primary level index,six secondary indicators and 27 third indicators were in enterostomy specialist care quality evaluation index system.Conclusion:Enterostomy specialist care quality evaluation index had a strong specialist care specificity and practicality,and it was measurable,highlighting the characteristics of specialist care.关键词
