耳穴贴压辅助治疗高血压临床疗效的Meta分析
Meta analysis of clinical effect of ear acupoint application adjuvant therapy for hypertension patients

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of ear acupoint application therapy for hypertension patients.Methods:Computer searched literatures of the randomized controlled clinical trial on ear acupoint application therapy for hypertension in Chinese and foreign databases.Strict literatures quality evaluation was carried out and used Rev Man5.3 software for Meta analysis.Results:A total of 10 randomized controlled trials (RCT) were included.The results showed that the hypotensive effect of ear acupoint application therapy with drugs in the intervention group was better than that in the control group[OR=3.39,95%CI(2.36,4.87),P<0.01].Conclusion:Ear acupoint application therapy had a better effect for hypertension patients and had no adverse reactions.However,because of the quality of the literature included in the study,multi-center and large sample RCT still need to be carried out clinically confirm.关键词
