"心脑血脉宁"治疗甲状腺功能减退症的临床观察
Clinical observation of "Xinnao Xuemai Ning" in the treatment of hypothyroidism
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To observe the intervention effect of the "Xinnao Xuemai Ning", ZHANG Zeng-ying''''s prescription in the treatment of hypothyroidism. [Methods] The patients who meet the requirements were divided into 3 groups: the "Xinnao Xuemai Ning"low dose group, high dose group and the thyroid hormone tablet control group. Forty individuals were in each group. Each group of patients were treated with drugs, to investigate the effects of different doses of "Xinnao Xuemai Ning" after 24 weeks, 48 weeks on the patient''''s curative effect, symptom score, TSH, FT3, FT4 valued by using the statistical analysis method. [Results] 1)After 24 and 48 weeks treatment, "Xinnao Xuemai Ning" in high and low dose groups can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, integral syndrome, can significantly decrease TSH and increase FT3, FT4 value with statistical significance. 2) "Xinnao Xuemai Ning" high and low dose groups in improving the clinical efficacy, symptom scores were better than the control group. 3) The overall effect of the high dose group was better than that of the low dose group. 4) The curative effect of "Xinnao Xuemai Ning" after 48 weeks was better than after 24 weeks. [Conclusion] Professor ZHANG Zeng-ying''''s prescription "Xinnao Xuemai Ning" can surely improve the curative effect for treating hypothyroidism. It is better than western medicine in the improvement of syndrome and clinical curative effect and with the longer time and dose more effective. No adverse effect on liver and renal function, medication safety.关键词
