Simultaneous identification of 20 components in Xuebijing injection by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS

Abstract
[Objective] To develop a UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS method for simultaneous identification of 20 components in Xuebijing injection. [Methods] The method of qualitative analysis was performed on ACQUITY UPLC? BEH C18 (2.1 mm×100 mm, 1.7μm) column with a gradient mobile phase system of acetonitrile and 0.1%formic acid. All of the analytes were identified in negative ionization. According to the high resolution MS spectra data, fragmentation ion information andretention time, 20 peaks were identified by comparison with reference standards data. [Results] Twenty components were identified in 45 min. [Conclusion] The established method for the identification of chemical constituents in Xuebijing injection is simple and accuracy.关键词
