Abstract
In order to further evaluate the construction capacity for sustainable development of the three northeast provinces, data related to construction input and output indicators from 2003 to 2015 were analyzed.An evaluation model was built with the number of employees, fixed assets investment and rate of technology equipment as input indices, and completed area, gross product of the construction industry and profit tax amount as output indices based on DEA method.The results show that sustainable development of efficiency about construction industry was influenced by lacking technology investment.To further verify the accuracy of the results, Tobit regression analysis model was developed to evaluate the effect factors, which are consistent with DEA analysis.Finally, it suggested that the improvement of capacity about sustainable development is closely linked to the full play of the status of the construction industry with the help of government and enterprises.关键词
