基于利益相关者动态博弈的绿色建筑推进机制
Promotion Mechanism of the Green Building Based on the Stakeholder Theory from the Perspective of Game Theory
摘要
Abstract
This paper performs detailed efficiency target analysis to dealt with green building promotion related issues.For analysis purposes, we divided the green building development stages into three steps: the initial stage, the development stage and mature stage respectively.This article also provides a dynamic game model about the supply and demand sides of the green building and performs further analysis in relation to the dynamic evolution processes of the supply-demand relationship with the involvement of government.The results indicate that the government should provide subsides to promote green building enterprises and charge traditional real estate enterprises at a relatively higher tax rate, aiming to achieve the goal reversed transmission and upgrade at the initial stage.In the developing stage, government could decrease the tax rate for building enterprises to balance the green building market supply and demand.In mature stage, the decisive role should fall into the hands of the market to allocate resources in the most efficient way.By ding this,thefinalgameofthetripartitewin-wininterestscanbeachieved,promotingsustainabledevelopmentofthegreenbuilding.关键词
