Grey Game Pricing Model of Infrastructure Project Finance Guarantee Rate

Abstract
The pricing of infrastructure project financing guarantee rate has been a neglected subject which may impact the success of a project's finance.To make the guarantee rate pricing model more reliable and user-friendly, the pricing model is built based on dynamic game and grey theory with the fact that the rate negotiation process is actually a bargaining issue.With the Nash bargaining solution fitting the rate pricing progress and grey information embedded in the game being translated into grey number, the pricing model is simplified.Through the model we find that the guarantee rate that both players claimed converge to equilibrium as the game proceed.With grey theory helps to improve the reliability of the outcomes that the model generates, the result simulated based on hypotheses indicates that the game would stop at stage 4 and the final equilibrium guarantee rate to the simulated project are acceptable to both parties.This simplified pricing game model not only raises the efficiency of project finance, but also provides a new solution to similar pricing negotiations.关键词
