Transformational Leadership and Safety Behavior of Construction Workers——the Mediating Effects of Organizational Justice
摘要
Abstract
According to the 320 valid questionnaires from China's construction enterprises, this paper is based on the social exchange theory and the organizational justice theory, it discusses the influence among employees' safety behavior,transformational leadership and organizational justice by using hierarchical regression methods and SEM.The results show that leading by example, charismatic leadership,personalized care and vision incentive of transformational leadership are positively related to safety behavior of construction workers(the order from strong to weak is leading by example, charismatic leadership,personalized care and vision incentive);and distribution fairness plays an intermediary role between transformational leadership and safety behavior.The conclusions of the study not only enrich the safety behavior theory,but also provide the useful inspiration for the further development of the organizational justice theory,as well as provide the important guidance for safety management practices to construction enterprises in China.关键词
