摘要
Abstract
Water shortages, floods, deterioration of water environment are the serious problems in China.Therefore, the efficient development of urban rainwater utilization has become an urgent problem to be solved in our country, and the development of real estate plays an important role in rainwater utilization.This paper analyzes the rainwater utilization current situation of domestic real estate developers.Influenced by all kinds of factors, developers' investment enthusiasm for rainwater utilization is not high.Through literature research and research analysis, it identifies rainwater utilization investment constraints and divides them into four kinds: demand constraints, institutional constraints, economic constraints, technological constraints.This paper uses DEMATEL to analyze the constraints' influence degree to develops' investment and their interactions.The results showed that the most critical factors to affect the real estate development rainwater utilization are the lack of effective oversight mechanisms as well as incentives and rainwater utilization externalities.关键词
