摘要

Abstract

According to the rules of employing Transient Earth Voltage(TEV) detection as a means of switchgear live detection released by State Grid, the paper provides a portable PD detection device that is based on ARM9-platforms.The device adopts peak value detection circuit to extract characteristic parameters of PD signal, the peak value detection circuit avoids high density data generated by traditionally using A/D sampling, so that hardware of the handheld system can better process the data in real-time.
